LATIN ENERGY (Total Body Workout) NEW

Every Latin Energy Group Fitness class combines dance based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. There are easy and happy choreographies to today’s hottest music, including jazz, salsa, merengue, bachata and hip-hop. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30 minute cardio section, strength segment and a stretch finale. Get slimmer by dancing!


Lessons (all ages included) for those who are interested to compete either in amateur or professional level. Advanced Latin techniques, posture, endurance are raised to the competition level.


This group focuses on advanced Latin techniques for all ages and is taught by the world famous competition dancer Jason Roditis. Anybody who is serious about dancing should not miss this group.


Creative movement and dance for kids. There are 2 groups: The first is for kids 3-5 years old and the second is for kids 6-7 years old.

Movements, gymnastic, expression, dancing music and relaxing are composing a very creative hour for boys and girls who want to move without restrictions. Creative dancing is based on concepts and the children discover on their own ways and sort choreographies to express these concepts and ideas (e.g emotions and environmental levels). They listen different kinds of music and finish their lesson always by relaxing, breathing and discussing the things that relax them.
